1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the ladelectrical.co.uk website and to enquiries made through it. Specific terms for any electrical work will be set out in your individual quote and confirmed before work begins.

2. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information supplied. The final price may change if the scope, access or condition of the installation differs from what was described. Any change will be discussed and agreed with you before additional work is carried out.

3. Standards of work

Electrical work is carried out to the BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and relevant guidance. Where notifiable work or specific certification applies, this will be explained as part of your quote.

4. Inspection reports (EICRs)

An EICR reflects the condition of the installation at the time of inspection. It is not a guarantee against future faults. Recommended remedial work is advisory unless coded as requiring action for safety.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be set out on your invoice. Certificates and reports may be issued on completion and receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for the work we undertake. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
